Late check out policy:
- There will be no charges for late check-out up to 14.00, when the delay has been unavoidable.
- 50% room rate will be charged for late check-out up to 18.00.
- In case of check-out later than 18.00, 100% of the room rate will be charged.

Free accommodation will be provided for children below 5 years of age without an extra bed. Children older than 5 years of age will be charged for an extra bed & breakfast.

Cancellation Policy:
- No refund for cancellations made on 6 days or less prior to check- in date.
- 50% amount of room rate will be charged for cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to check -in date.
- 90% refund will be given for cancellations made on or more than 15 days of check- in date.
- No- shows: No refund.
